🚨 Fact Monday: A suspended license = possible jail. Driving with a suspended license in Texas, also called Driving While License Invalid (DWLI), can lead to a Class B misdemeanor, resulting in up to 6 months in jail, and additional fines. For repeat offenses, or if serious bodily injury or death is caused, the offense can escalate to a Class A misdemeanor, potentially leading to up to a year in jail and fines of up to $4,000.  Let us fight for you. 👊
